There is no formal referral system, and we welcome anyone along provided they meet all of the following criteria:

1. Have continuing mental health needs
   
   
2. Are aged between 18 and 65 and
   
   
3. Reside in South Ayrshire

Turnaround provides conversation, company, cheap snack lunches, arts, crafts, recreational and social activities, information on a wide variety of activities and organisations, a monthly newsletter.

We also provide laundry and bathing facilities.

Current groups/activities on offer include craft, creative writing, relaxation, drama, art, swimming, aromatherapy an reflexology.
